Fee Schedule

Please note that the fee is based only on heated living area, or Gross Living Area.  Other areas such as garages, porches, decks, patios and unfinished areas are included at no additional charge.  Your floor plan is delivered via email as a PDF file and each level of the home is included on a separate page.  The invoice is also included as a separate page.  We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards and payment is due upon receipt of your floor plan.
We offer two services, a complete floor plan with exterior dimensions and interior walls, doors, room dimensions, etc.  We also offer "GLA Only" which does not include the detailed interior floorplan.  This is useful for determining actual square footage only.
